Novelty Iron Works is a multi-phased mix-use redevelopment in the heart of Dubuque's Historic Millwork District. Phase 1 features 76 residential units and a 30,000 square foot open concept Marketplace. The Millwork Marketplace will be an open plan space consisting of few walls with multiple retail tenants and eateries. These retailers will focus on needs and wants of Millwork District residents, the downtown workforce and out of town visitors alike.
